We accept returns or refund requests within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

βœ… You received the wrong item
βœ… The item is significantly different from the product description


❌ We do NOT accept returns if:

  • The order was placed by mistake

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong variant (e.g. color, size)

  • The return request is submitted after 14 days

Since many of our products are seasonal, we cannot accept late returns once Halloween has passed.
