We accept returns or refund requests within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

The item is significantly different from the product description
β We do NOT accept returns if:

The order was placed by mistake

You changed your mind

You ordered the wrong variant (e.g. color, size)

The return request is submitted after 14 days
Since many of our products are seasonal, we cannot accept late returns once Halloween has passed.

We may approve your refund or replacement based on photos and details alone.
